Our Mission

At Building Battle Buddies, our mission is to empower veterans by fostering unbreakable bonds with shelter dogs, transforming them into skilled service animals, through a 21 day comprehensive training program and fellowship.

We aim to enrich the lives of both veterans and dogs, providing companionship, support, and a renewed sense of purpose for all. Together, we create a path to healing, resilience, and mutual trust, one battle buddy at a time.

Building Battle Buddies trains qualified Veterans and First Responders to train their own personal service dog rescued from the animal shelter.
